Who we are
A national society, working across all seven emirates
EMANT is the national society for nephrology and transplantation in the United Arab Emirates. Founded in 1996 as a society under the Emirates Medical Association, it connects the clinicians who care for kidney patients across all seven emirates, sets standards through guidelines developed for this region, and takes kidney health to the public through national screening and awareness.
Mission
To build a strong network of UAE healthcare professionals that standardises and integrates kidney care, from early detection through to advanced renal therapies.

EMANT is the Nephrology & Transplantation Society under the Emirates Medical Association. Membership of EMANT is held through the Emirates Medical Association.

On behalf of EMANT, the Nephrology and Transplantation Society of the Emirates Medical Association, it is my pleasure to welcome you.
EMANT is committed to advancing nephrology and transplantation care in the UAE through education, research and collaboration. The society brings together clinicians, researchers and healthcare professionals dedicated to improving kidney health and delivering high quality multidisciplinary care.
Through our educational activities, scientific initiatives and partnerships, we aim to support professional development, promote research, and strengthen the nephrology community in the UAE and the wider region.
We look forward to working together to advance kidney care and improve outcomes for patients.
